Tonight we had a game night with our good friends, the Hills. They came over with their 4 kids and we had a great time hanging out and playing a game of hearts. (Not one of our usual games and Wendy was not so fond of it, that is until she pulled one over on us and shot the moon.) However, it was her husband, Justin, who won the night. Wendy is like a sister to me. She is very good at acting like a big sister, teasing me and giving me unsolicited advice. We are planning a trip to the beach in a couple of weeks with our families. I am very excited! We will have 5 nights of our favorite games.
The Hill's are so nice to make the drive from Newnan to come and see us. Her kids do great here. Her two girls love to play on our playstation. They are great and serenading us in the background while playing "Singstar". Alexander loves to go upstairs to our playroom with Jake and hangout. Here is Alexander with the youngest one, Benjamin, who is just 7 weeks younger than Kate. Such cute little guys.
Wendy was nice enough to bring us some of her homemade mint brownies. So good.
