Today was a pretty normal day; not much going on. I had my friend Jaimee over with her daughter, Ryan. We went on a golf cart ride. It was just another day.....until Stan walked in with the mail. He handed me a piece of mail from Senator Ronnie Chance. If you go back to my post from this year's 4th of July parade, there is a video of me with a bunch of politicians. The last half of the video is dedicated to Ronnie Chance. I felt that after 4 years of bugging Senator Chance during the parade that he deserved an email from me explaining why I do what I do. I sent him an email and then I waited to hear back from him, and waited, and waited. I had given up hope that he would respond. Well, today he came through. Ronnie Chance sent me a hand written letter! (Well, postcard) Either way, I was so excited! I don't know if Senator Chance will continue to read my blog, but in case he does. Thank you...You made my day!
