Girls' Night Out

This past Friday we had a girls' night out. This get together was inspired by the book release of "Breaking Dawn" by Stephanie Meyer. My sister, Kristen, suggested that we all go out and then wait until midnight for the book to go on sale. We started the evening off by going out to dinner at "Tokyo" a Japanese hibachi grill in Newnan.

Afterwards, we went to see Mamma Mia. I have seen the play twice at the Fox, so I was excited to see the movie. I love the music. We had so much fun dancing in our seats (and maybe a little in the aisles).

Then it was off to Books-a-Million in Peachtree City. They were having a book release party and we ran into several people from the PTC ward. We had fun mingling. Then at midnight we lined up to get our books.
Waiting and playing trivia.
Karen in the vampire mood.
We couldn't wait to start reading. Actually, this was two days ago and I have only read about 3 pages. I have been swamped with kids with no time to spare. I am sure once I get into it that I will fly through it. It was a very fun night.
