Simply the Best

I made these today for a little get-together tonight. I saw the recipe online and have not been able to get them out of my mind, and finally I have a reason to make them. Contrary to the title of the post, they are not the most "simple" things to make. They aren't terribly hard, but I would say they are more difficult based on the amount of clean-up you have to do afterward. However, they are simply perfection.



And speaking of perfection....

She is pretty sweet too.

P.S. While making these treats today I realized the vacancy of a double-boiler in my life. I need one. Santa....
