Pillowcase Dress
Lately, I have been taking a couple of sewing lessons from a friend. My goal being to make cute dresses for my girls. I have a project that is still in the works, but today I knocked out 3 of these dresses. They are simple and made out of pillowcases. Here is Kate wearing her's. She was asleep when I made it, so I didn't get to measure her. Sadly, the dress swallowed her whole (see 1st pic). I added a tie in the back (2nd pic)and it helped some. Then tonight, I made two more just like this. One for Brooke, and since I had extra fabric, I made a 3rd that is sized for an infant. I am not quite sure what to do with it.
