Me and Kate
Me and Jenn with our little ones. Jenn is the sister of my other good friend, Kat. I am the third (adopted) sister here in the South. I love those girls. I have a ball with them wherever we are.
The kids feeding ducks.Jake had not had a nap all day and was very exhausted (and grumpy). He has fallen asleep on the golf cart before, but never while riding in the back. We stopped and Jenn snapped this picture. Jake had fallen asleep and was lying all over Karly. I think she was a bit annoyed. Thanks for being so tolerant of Jake, Karly!
Speaking of sleepy kids. Today, when it was time to go pick up Jake from school, Kate was still asleep in bed. She is usually on her stomach in a ball with her thumb in her mouth. Today she was lying there all relaxed and cute. I grabbed my camera and took some shots. Amazingly, she stayed asleep through all the flashing. She is usually such a light sleeper.

That was a fun night. It's nice to have a friend who is spouseless too. Even if it is just for one night.:)
You guys are so fun. Thanks for taking us in on Tuesdays. :) Of course, I guess that's what adopted sisters do for each other.
