I was reading about this on another blog. I was quite intrigued so I went to e-mealz.com to read more.
This site plans meals for your family based on the store that you like to shop at and that stores weekly sales. It costs $1.25 a week ($15 for 3 months). Use the discount code "Dave" to save $2.50. I signed up last night and used Publix as the store that I shop at. It gave me my weekly meal plan with the list of ingredients and the instructions. Then the second page is the shopping list. It is broken up by areas of the store: grocery, deli, produce, etc. The site tries to keep the weekly shopping list to around the budget of $75 for the week and is based on a family of 4-6. So, hopefully I will have leftovers to send with Stan to work for his lunches.
I have just signed up and I will try to report back later on how it actually works for my family. I am excited to try it. It does a ton of the work for me and it is such a great deal. Dave Ramsey has mentioned it on his show. It looks like it will help to save a good bit of time and money. They even have meal plans for weight management and low-carb dinners. Maybe cooking more will help me cut back on my baking.....maybe. Which by the way, I made a seriously good cheesecake this weekend.
We had a bunch of people over to watch conference so I gave my mini-cheesecake pan another whirl. I doubled the recipe. I made one batch of mini-cheesecakes, but then I decided to use the rest of the batter to make one large cheesecake. I forgot to take a picture of it before we dug in, so this was it after it was half eaten.
It has an Oreo crust with a layer of chocolate cheesecake and then a chocolate chip cheesecake layer on top. It was so creamy. I loved it.
So, I might start getting this baking frenzy under control. Stan is starting to complain. He may have put on a pound or two thanks to all of my recent baking. I will take the blame since I am fully aware of his lack of self control around my baking and I still make this stuff all the time. I have gained a few lbs. too, but it is all baby....right?

Totally all baby- you have to feed them what they want!
You're lucky you're husband will eat your treats. Mine usually won't. I don't think I'll get to make as much next year when I'm home and don't have co-workers to eat everything.
Cool site, Laura. The cheesecake looks DIVNE, too. I have a cheesecake recipe that you make in cupcake tins (along the same lines as your mini pan). You separate an oreo cookie and place one half in the bottom of the tin. I wonder how that would work in your mini pan?
