Kate is 3, and has been for quite a while. I am not the mom who tries to potty train an 18 month old. I would much rather wait until a kid is ready before I try to tackle potty training. I don't think anyone enjoys potty training, but I really get scared by the idea. I hate the idea of Kate having an accident and Brooke finding it before I do. I have not pushed the idea too hard on Kate. We have tried in the past, but gave up pretty quickly when things just weren't clicking. Well, we have finally gotten the hang of things and today was Kate's first day without any accidents. We have only been at this for about 5 days or so, and we are finally down to having only 1 kid in diapers. There was about a month or 2 of our lives when we had 3 in diapers. That was a fun time. So, I just felt the need to update my blog and this is the biggest thing in our lives right now, so there ya go!

Congratulations. At least you can save some money on diapers. Woohoo!
I've been there...3 in diapers...it's such a relief to chop that # down! Good luck with the process...BTW that picture of Kate is soooo adorable. You have photog skills!
YEAH!!! huge accomplishment for sure. I look forward to doing this with Dilan this next year. Hopefully she won't put me in tears like Drew did... :)
