I figured the last quiz was from Diego, and he loved to interact with the show...so my guess was from Dora or Diego cartoon. I will now check it out.

I think he is imitating Stan dancing on T.V. Just kidding but I do think it is something on T.V.
When my kids were little that is how they would act when I told them it was time to go to bed. So that would be my next guess.
